1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes how Wuxego Vonaze, an independent training program on small-scale solar energy operating from Strada Macul Roșu 1-3, Bucharest, Romania, handles personal data collected through this website and through direct communication related to the training sessions described on it. This document is provided to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and Romanian Law no. 190/2018 on measures for the implementation of the GDPR.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to visitors of this website and to individuals who contact us through the contact form, email, or telephone regarding the training program. It does not apply to third-party websites that may be linked from this site, and it does not apply to installers or equipment manufacturers, none of whom are affiliated with this program.
3. Data We Collect
When you use the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your message. If you enable functional or analytics cookies through the cookie preferences panel, limited technical data such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited may also be recorded. We do not knowingly collect any special category data as defined under Article 9 of the GDPR.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Where you submit the contact form, processing is based on your consent and, where relevant, on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about the training program. Where cookies are used for functional or analytics purposes, processing relies on the consent you provide through the cookie preferences panel, in line with Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector, as amended.
5. How We Use Your Data
Personal data submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide information about session formats and scheduling, and, if you attend a session, to share relevant preparatory materials. We do not use contact data to send unsolicited marketing communications, and we do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a basic record of communication, generally not exceeding 24 months unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation. Cookie preference records are retained according to the expiry periods described in our Cookie Policy.
7. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not share personal data with installers, equipment manufacturers, or any commercial partner. Limited technical service providers, such as hosting infrastructure, may process data strictly on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations, solely to keep the website operational.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to certain processing, and request data portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 10. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
9. International Transfers
Personal data collected through this site is generally processed within the European Economic Area. Should any processing require a transfer outside the EEA, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection is in place, consistent with Chapter V of the GDPR.
